Shipping and production

Code Crafts Creation LLC sells shirts that are printed after you order. We work with Printify and its production partners to fulfil orders.

Production and transit are separate

Your order needs time for printing before it is handed to the carrier. Shipping-service estimates shown at checkout describe carrier transit and do not include production time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping options and charges

Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout for your destination and the items in your order. Charges can vary with order quantity and destination. Please review the total before placing your order.

Tracking your order

Once tracking is available, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow the parcel. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Check your delivery address

Please check your address, apartment or unit number and ZIP code before ordering. If something needs correcting, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipping has started.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking stops updating, your order does not arrive, or an item arrives damaged, contact codecraftscreationbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the details. For damage, include clear photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. See our returns and resolution policy for more information. Do not send items back to Printify or a print provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
